FAST SALE REALTOR!!!

I just want to let anyone who is looking for a FAST SALE TURN AROUND know about Amanda Harrison! We had a weird situation in that we had already moved- not only out of state- but also Country!! We had rented out the house for a year, and when our renter moved the house was empty of everything Except ongoing HOA fees, utilities, etc., etc. I turned to the internet and found Amanda and I am So glad I did!! She went above and beyond. First- she did not scalp us with high commision fees- something we found with other Realtors. Second, she Advertised EVERYWHERE- not just the big names. She did the drones, videos, pics, etc. Here comes the Great part- She sold our house- in this stale real estate market in just TWO WEEKS!!! We had great communication throughout AND FEEDBACK- without us having to call her to get info. That was wonderful for us. We were anxious being so far away, but she made it EASY!! We closed from our new country, so we were saved the expense of flying home, and the hassle of the trip. Seriously- you CANNOT do better than to hire Amand Harrison!! We are so Grateful to God that we found her when we needed it the most. THANK YOU SO MUCH, AMANDA!!!

I was nervous when I reached out, after several bad experiences with agents who made big mistakes with my listing. Amanda returned my call promptly, was knowledgeable and compassionate, agreed to take my complicated listing and got it on the market within 48 hours! Amanda has decades of experience as both a real estate agent and a broker in Central Florida, which was critical to our success but even more importantly, Amanda is deeply compassionate and moral, and clearly does this work to help people realize their life goals and obtain their dream home. I needed to get my home under contract quickly and was definitely a high-anxiety client - Amanda met every challenge with a calm, can-do attitude and worked hard to get my property under contract in 7 days and closed in 25 days, at list price, in very tough market conditions. She meets all of the criteria of a great realtor. Energetic, friendly, non-stopper.

Amanda sold our house in an area that no other houses were selling, and she sold it in 2 weeks! I often worried that she was working too hard, but that is who she is, and how she works all the time. We were kept informed on a continual basis and she took all of our input as gospel. I am a retired US Navy sailor who has moved many many times, and without a doubt Amanda is very special.

Expert guidance sold the house

Amanda Harrison guided us every step of the way. She made the whole process from start to finish smooth as can be. We really appreciated her advice on what to improve or fix, how to price for the current market and timeframe to sell, marketing and showing the house, everything. Above and beyond from start to closing!

We had a great experience working with Amanda Harrison on the purchase of our home. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.
