1 Northeast 450th Street Old Town
We were in Myakka City and the property was vacant in Old Town. We are elderly and had not been there in a long time. Vandals stole our power pole right after we bought it. Over the years there were squatters and people who just dumped their trash there. In spite of all this, Gwen found a local buyer and we can stop worrying about it. Totally no hassle. Gwen is great. We highly recommend her. The Baxleys

9228 Osprey Cove Fanning Springs
I knew the neighborhood I wanted to live in, but found it difficult finding homes to look at. At the end of the day, I went with new construction and Connie was very professional working with the seller and getting the price lowered to my price range as well as getting the seller to close within 3 short weeks! There were a couple hiccups in communication, but Connie was always available day or night, which was much appreciated.
