I knew the neighborhood I wanted to live in, but found it difficult finding homes to look at. At the end of the day, I went with new construction and Connie was very professional working with the seller and getting the price lowered to my price range as well as getting the seller to close within 3 short weeks! There were a couple hiccups in communication, but Connie was always available day or night, which was much appreciated.
Connie was always available day or night and willing to work on "your" schedule. An offer was made on my home for full asking price on the very first day listed! We closed with a sale exactly 30 days later. Could not have gone any better.
Connie and her team made our experience in buying a home so wonderful. She worked 7 days a week making sure that we found the home we wanted. Once we found our home she made sure the process continued to be as smooth as possible. She was always available for any questions we had. We are so thankful we had Connie during our home buying experience. She even assisted us with questions well after closing. If we go into the market to purchase another home we will certainly be going with Connie again.
