Excellent experience

The first call to Gwen for a property was answered immediately. She offered all information and more when inquiry on a parcel of land. We made an offer and she was more than helpful from the start. Once the offer was accepted she was quick to remind me of certain dates that would be important, when I would need to take care of getting info to the title company. Essentially Gwen took the ball into her court and only tossed it back once we had closed - she made our purchase effortless. It was a pleasure to have her as our realtor and I would most definitely do it again.

We LOVED working with Kristal to find our home. We were new to the area, and she did a great job acclimating us and making us feel comfortable, and helping us decide between new construction and a pre-existing home. She gave us pros and cons of builders, of the process, and helped us feel secure and confident in our decision. We ultimately went with new construction, and she provided a great inspector to work with who was so thorough, and has a rolodex of other professionals to tap into. We are so thankful to Kristal for all of her work, and would recommend her to anyone looking for their home.
