Gwen was quick to respond to my interest in a property she had just listed which is imperative because you have to "jump" on the good ones or you will lose them! She made an appt with me immediately. We made an offer within 48 hours of the listing, communication throughout the process to the closing was great. This was also important as we needed several addendums for my lender. Gwen was fast making the changes & getting paperwork signed. I have worked with probably a 100+ Realtors over the past 33 years selling mobile homes. Gwen is knowledgeable, empathetic, professional, and constantly in the know. She is by far one of the best Realtors I have worked with. I am grateful to her for helping me to finally make a purchase.
