Jumping into selling a home, I hear it all the time so many don't want to because it's too much work but finding the right realtor makes all the difference. Gwen was communicative and thorough. We needed to sell fast and at top $ due to already finding a home to purchase and being given a deadline/contingency on the new home. Gwen did all the marketing work, and signage for the home and having a professional take photos was amazing!!! When we had questions we were easily able to get quick responses either by text or call backs.
We were initially going with another realtor but quickly changed when things began going south. Gwen showed up for us, got the ball rolling quickly and professionally, and got it sold. The first call to Gwen for a property was answered immediately. She offered all information and more when inquiry on a parcel of land. We made an offer and she was more than helpful from the start. Once the offer was accepted she was quick to remind me of certain dates that would be important, when I would need to take care of getting info to the title company. Essentially Gwen took the ball into her court and only tossed it back once we had closed - she made our purchase effortless.
