Great character, honest, caring, and always upbeat. She communicated regularly with us and prospective buyers. She knew what selling points to emphasize with buyers. She worked hard to get home luxury listing, and showed up for showings. Debbie worked right alongside us and was honest about what update we could make without too much cost. We got constant market coverage and plenty of notice before showings. We felt she was constantly working and looking out for us. Working with other realtors came easy to her and was a benefit to us. Checking out all prospective buyers was protocol to assure people were qualified to purchase our home.
