She worked hard to get home luxury listing, and showed up for showings. Debbie worked right alongside us and was honest about what update we could make without too much cost. We got constant market coverage and plenty of notice before showings. We felt she was constantly working and looking out for us. Working with other realtors came easy to her and was a benefit to us. Checking out all prospective buyers was protocol to assure people were qualified to purchase our home. Checking all prospective contracts for glitches or issues was of great service to us making us confident in all legal details. Everything was explained well and all questions answered. Lory Chandler is very good at her job. Most important, she’s a very good person. She checked all the boxes. She was very professional, hard working, smart, honest, informed. She told me the facts but let me have input. She held my hand all the way though. Why was that important? I am an 89 year old man with a unique piece of property and little patience. She told me upfront, to be patient and keep positive and it will sell and she was right. This was a huge endeavor for me to take on alone. Buying and selling a home at this stage in life is difficult. I never could’ve done this without Lory and the help of her husband (and a few great friends)! She was with me from beginning to closing and even after. I cannot thank her enough for her selflessness and hard work. It means so much. Valerie Foerst is a hard working realtor who excells at what she does! Ms. Foerst makes herself available 24-7-365. The only time she is unavailable is when she is with another client. At her first opportunity she returns phone calls or tests. She is prompt in getting information that her clients have requested. We used her services 7 years ago in the purchase of our house and again this past april in selling that home. Also we had a contract the second week and she sold our house. We would definitely use Ms. Foerst’s services should we buy another home!
