I just want to let anyone who is looking for a FAST SALE TURN AROUND know about Amanda Harrison! We had a weird situation in that we had already moved- not only out of state- but also Country!! We had rented out the house for a year, and when our renter moved the house was empty of everything Except ongoing HOA fees, utilities, etc., etc. I turned to the internet and found Amanda and I am So glad I did!! She went above and beyond. First- she did not scalp us with high commision fees- something we found with other Realtors. Second, she Advertised EVERYWHERE- not just the big names. She did the drones, videos, pics, etc. Here comes the Great part- She sold our house- in this stale real estate market in just TWO WEEKS!!!
