Professional and knowledgeable

Selling my house was such a smooth experience with Lydia Todd and her transaction manager Jess. They were professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my concerns. My home sold in the expected amount of time. She answered every question I had, kept me informed throughout the process, and was truly a joy to work with. Even post closing she answered a question I had. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and I would absolutely use her again in the future!

From day one, Lydia reassured us of her understanding of our situations and the business of trading homes. My daughter and I sold both of our former homes and bought a property together with the help of Lydia. Highly Recommend Working with Erica!!!

As a first time home buyer this was a great experience. She truly listens to you and helped every step of the way. I really felt like she cared and I trusted her experience and advice. My family was involved in the process and plans to work with her also. Excellent communication and availability. Erica’s knowledge and experience put me at ease. The Best of the Best, Truly Exceptional!

Most Professional and Knowledgeable Agent I have Worked With

Lydia demonstrated credibility from the moment we met her. She is probably the most professional and hard working agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Lydia has expert knowledge of the market in the Clermont. She recommended the proper listing price, and she was instrumental in representing us during the negotiation process. When there were issues during the sales process, she was on top of things and made time to get involved and ensure they were resolved. Lydia demonstrated a high degree of patience with us and always kept smiling, both in person and on the phone.
