Lydia was absolutely wonderful

We had such an amazing experience working with Lydia especially as first-time homebuyers! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She was always there to answer any questions we had, no matter how silly we thought they might be, and she made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. She made the entire home buying process feel fast, easy, and much less overwhelming than we expected. One of the things we appreciated most was her amazing network of professionals. She connected us with trusted people who helped with all of the different logistics that come along with buying a home, which made everything so much easier for us as the buyers. We truly couldn't have asked for a better realtor for our first home-buying experience. Professional and knowledgeable

Selling my house was such a smooth experience with Lydia Todd and her transaction manager Jess. They were professional and knowledgeable, and answered all my concerns. My home sold in the expected amount of time. She answered every question I had, kept me informed throughout the process, and was truly a joy to work with.
