Erica was on top of every issue from the start of the process up until and thru closing. I was a long distance seller and was able to rely on Erica to handle my tenant issues without my involvement. Erica clearly went above and beyond the call of duty!

My husband and I were looking for a home in Florida while we lived in another state. He is disabled and out of work which made the process of finding a home tricky. I had some very rocky and bad experiences with other agents and I was losing hope to ever be able to find a home—and then I found Erica. After one phone call of explaining to her our very unique situation (and realizing we have the same last name 😅) , I knew that we found the right person to help us find a home. Erica is completely opposite of that. If she visited a home and knew it wasn’t a good fit-she told us that. She wants to see everyone do well. I truly believe that if it wasn’t for Erica we would be stuck in a state that we were miserable in. We finally have our fresh start and we are so incredibly happy.
