The first time I spoke to her I knew she was the real estate person for us! She is very personable! Her knowledge of real estate is wonderful! We had a hard time locating a piece of property that did not have issues and we found Erica, and she was amazing she found us a property within a month of speaking to her and we had been looking for over a year. After putting a down payment on this property the county had a shutdown and we could not close on the expected date to close. She was wonderful calling the title company and the seller agent and getting all documents signed by all parties to close at a later date. She educated me on things that I did not know or understand. I just can't say enough about her she is wonderful and you will be extremely pleased with her if you pick her as your agent!!!
