She didn’t waste our time with viewings that wouldn’t work and she was quick to notify us of listings that were a great fit for us. She knows her stuff with homes and is detail oriented with the purchase/selling process. Erica dedicated lots of unplanned nights to us but never rushed us in the process. The first time I spoke to her I knew she was the real estate person for us! She is very personable! Her knowledge of real estate is wonderful! We had a hard time locating a piece of property that did not have issues and we found Erica, and she was amazing she found us a property within a month of speaking to her and we had been looking for over a year. After putting a down payment on this property the county had a shutdown and we could not close on the expected date to close. She was wonderful calling the title company and the seller agent and getting all documents signed by all parties to close at a later date. She educated me on things that I did not know or understand.
