Lydia did a good job with helping us figure out the best way to price our house when the loan on our solar system couldn't be transferred as it was supposed to be able to be. It involved actually raising the price and then having to explain to agents why we did that when our house had already been on the market for a couple months. It was confusing to the other agents and she stayed calm and repeatedly explained to make sure everyone understood what we were offering. She was reassuring that the right buyer would come along when we felt like no one understood. Earlier this year, she helped us buy our current house and we were happy with that experience as well. Lydia Todd is a Real Estate Agent, but ALSO is a Real Estate Angel. She educated me on every step of the process. She "held my hand" through the process. That is no exaggeration. If I had a question, she found an answer. She was present! She went the extra mile to help me with touring houses, doing comparisons, guiding me with resources. She is a Real estate encyclopedia. She knows everything!! If you want to feel secure about your house buying or selling journey, and want to know that someone REALLY cares about you and wants you happy, Lydia is the one. A 5 star rating does not fully represent how wonderful she is. It should be at least 10 STARS!
