My wife and I moved to clermont In September. As we moved on short notice due to work demands, Lydia helped us secure a great rental property. While living in the rental property. A perfect house came up for sale. We contacted Lydia on a Saturday night at 7:30pm advising her we wanted to put an offer in on this particular house. We didn’t expect an immediate reply as it was late in the evening on a Saturday mind you. She wrote up and offer and sent it to the selling agent that night by 8:30pm. The house was in high demand.
