From the get go in meeting Lydia for the first time, we knew we had found someone who would take care of us in finding the home God wanted for us. In a crazy market, Lydia remained patient until we were able to find the place that not only fit our wants, but also our needs financially. It became harder and harder to check both boxes in our 2-3 year search, but Lydia stuck with us with a smile on her face. She's a passionate local to the Lake County area, and God-loving woman, and someone who goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. My wife and I moved to clermont In September. As we moved on short notice due to work demands, Lydia helped us secure a great rental property. While living in the rental property. A perfect house came up for sale. We contacted Lydia on a Saturday night at 7:30pm advising her we wanted to put an offer in on this particular house. We didn’t expect an immediate reply as it was late in the evening on a Saturday mind you. She wrote up and offer and sent it to the selling agent that night by 8:30pm. The house was in high demand. Since Lydia did not hesitate to write an offer on Saturday night, we were the first offer on the house, which was ultimately the reason they accepted our offer and we purchased the house! If she would have waited, we would not be in this house! She has advanced knowledge of the area and the market. We LOVE Lydia and her willingness to go out of her way for others.
