Like I said. Amazing Negotiator, Quiet Powerful Friend. ALWAYS has your best Interest at her Heart. Soooooooo Patient and Passionate. I’d almost consider her my “Second Sister” and yes she’ll Blush at this…. But I’ve run Multi Million Dollar companies and I would have her at my side EVERY DAY! Go with someone else? Seriously? Knows the market and comps and maximizes your return. Soooooo find someone cheaper and realize later….. ooooops. There went $50K I guess I didn’t need….. on the buy or sell. Trust me please. This amazing Lady “Gets it”…. Trust…. Don’t be silly. This Lady is the definition of Incredible. ❤️

Bruce gave great recommendations for preparing our house for sale and great job of pricing our house. Specifically Bruce recommended that our house would show best with our belongings removed from the house since we had lived in the house for 26 years and had acquired quite a bit of clutter. After we had moved out Bruce suggested we have the house “deep cleaned” which we did. We accepted and offer during the first week the house was on the market. Throughout the sale of the house Bruce was keeping us informed on the the status of the sale,

We bought and sold our home with The Sherman Grimmer Group because we trust their experience with the market in the area. Paula gave us great advice to prepare our home to be put on the market that we took to heart. Our house sold for much more than we imagined initially and sold within two weeks. Communication was on point. Do not hesitate to hire these professionals.
