I believe the best measure of a real estate agent isn't just how many homes they've sold. It's how their clients feel about the experience and whether they'd trust that agent to help their friends and family. I'm Mark Gauthier, a REALTOR® with ERA American Real Estate, and I've been serving buyers and sellers across Northwest Florida since 2016. With approximately 300 transactions and $70 million in career sales, I've gained experience helping clients navigate all kinds of real estate decisions. But the recognition I'm most proud of is being a 10-time Customer Service Award winner. My clients frequently appreciate my communication and willingness to sit down and explain the process. I believe you should understand what's happening, why it matters, and what comes next. That's why I begin with a strategy session, establish clear expectations, and keep my clients informed throughout the transaction. Having personally experienced poor communication when purchasing my first home, I know how stressful real estate can feel when you're left wondering what's going on. I've made it a priority to give my clients a different experience. I serve Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, Niceville, Milton, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities. My experience includes military relocation, VA loans, first-time homebuyers, investment properties, and luxury and golf course homes. Approximately 95% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. To me, that's one of the most meaningful signs that I'm building the kind of relationships I set out to create. I want my clients to feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions. And while I take my responsibilities seriously, I believe we can have some fun along the way. That's what a stress-less real estate experience means to me.

For Bonnie Seals, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home. It's about taking care of people through one of life's biggest decisions with honesty, integrity and compassion. A REALTOR® with ERA American Real Estate, Bonnie brings 10 years of real estate experience, more than 230 buyers and sellers served and over $69 million in career sales volume to her clients across Northwest Florida. She is a Top Ten Agent at ERA American Real Estate and has earned more than 142 five-star client reviews. Bonnie has called Mary Esther home for 20 years and specializes in real estate throughout Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Crestview and the surrounding Northwest Florida communities. Her firsthand connection to the area's military community runs deep. Her husband, Pete, retired after more than 20 years of active-duty service with the U.S. Air Force, and her son, Cameron, currently serves in the Air Force. As a designated Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Bonnie specializes in military relocation and VA buyers, with approximately 65% of her business serving military and relocating clients. She regularly assists families relocating to and from Eglin Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, Duke Field and NAS Pensacola. She is also experienced in helping clients navigate the home-buying process from a distance through virtual showings and remote transaction coordination. For buyers, Bonnie combines extensive local knowledge with an attentive, educational approach. She takes time to listen, explain each step of the process and connect clients with trusted local inspectors, lenders and other professionals. She especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers understand their options and confidently move toward homeownership. For sellers, Bonnie takes a proactive approach to preparing and marketing a property. Her process includes a pre-listing inspection, recommendations for trusted vendors and guidance on repairs or improvements that can help position a home to sell within the seller's timeline while maximizing its value. Once listed, she provides consistent showing feedback and aggressive, ongoing marketing. Before real estate, Bonnie worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant, where caring for others was at the heart of her career. That same service-first mindset continues to define the way she works today. In fact, approximately 70% of Bonnie's business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Client reviews consistently describe Bonnie as attentive, well-prepared, a clear communicator and a local expert. With 100% customer satisfaction reflected in verified post-closing client testimonials, her goal is simple: make sure every client feels informed, supported and confident from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Professional. Approachable. Dependable. Those are the qualities I work to bring to every client relationship—and my favorite compliment may be hearing that clients felt like family. I've been a REALTOR® on Florida's Emerald Coast since 2013, closing more than 500 transactions and $151 million in sales volume. Approximately 85% of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which I consider one of the strongest measures of the relationships I've built over the years. Clients frequently describe their experience with me as professional, communicative and stress-free. They know I'll be straightforward with them, stay in communication and work hard to get the job done. I represent buyers and sellers throughout Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Navarre, Crestview and surrounding Emerald Coast communities. I'm also a military spouse who PCS'd to Fort Walton Beach with my family in 2008, giving me firsthand understanding of military relocation. I'm a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Florida Military Specialist with extensive experience helping active-duty military members, veterans and their families buy and sell homes near Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, Duke Field and the 7th Special Forces Group. Whether you're buying, selling, relocating or coming back to me for your next move, my job starts the same way: I listen.
