Chris has been my realtor for almost 20 years, and she’s phenomenal! I have bought several homes and always recommended her with an easy mind. She’s simply the best, so easy to work with, and makes the difficult parts of buying and selling easy. We left the state, and I wish I could have taken her with us to buy a new home.

When we sold our home she had a professional photographer come take pictures and made a beautiful digital portfolio to share. We were under contract within a week and closed 4 weeks later. She makes the process of buying and selling easy because she is with you every step of the way. Bonnie also keeps in touch after you buy with sweet gifts and support in any way she can. My parents bought and then sold their house with Bonnie, and our friends that moved to the area also bought their house with Bonnie. She is an amazing realtor and you will be so happy if you choose her to buy or sell a house!

Mark was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to explain the paperwork (which I’ve never had a realtor do), and made sure we understood everything. He also really took the time to see what I wanted in a home and what I wasn’t a fan of, and it got to the point that he could tell as soon as we walked in a home that it wouldn’t work. I appreciated his knowledge of the area, giving us suggestions on places to go and good restaurants. Great liaison between the builder and lender, making the whole process less stressful on us. Would recommend Mark to all my friends and family, and can’t wait to work with him again.
