Hello!  Please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Cindy Zimmermann.   My husband and I moved to the area in 1999 when he was assigned to Eglin Air Force Base as an Internal Medicine Physician.  We fell in love with this beautiful community and decided to raise our family here.  I am a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Professional with Coldwell Banker Realty.  Before entering the world of Real Estate, I was putting my Mechanical Engineering degree to good use at General Motors.  Shortly after moving to Florida, I purchased a small business in Bluewater Bay that I successfully ran for 16 years.  When our youngest headed off to college, I decided it was a perfect time for a career change.    Real estate has always interested me.  My husband and I have been investment property owners since we moved to Florida.  My education and experience remain very beneficial to my success in real estate transactions, as do my extensive personal and business contacts.  I’m sure you know a few Realtors, or a dozen. . .  there are over 5,000 working in our area.  So why should you work with me?
