For a first-time homebuyer, I was coming into the process without knowing very much of what I was doing at all. Donna was very helpful and willing to explain things in detail to me for every part of the process and answered all my questions to help me feel confident I was not missing anything. She had a wealth of knowledge on the area and was able to accurately identify listings that met the criteria I was looking for.
