First off, Bonnie is phenomenal! We were first time home buyers and used Bonnie to buy our house, and then used her again 7 years later when we needed to sell our house quickly because of an unexpected move. During the buying process she was able to explain everything clearly so we always felt like we were in the loop and knew exactly what was going on.
