Todd Siegrist was great at helping me sell my home. I moved to Central Florida, so my house in the Florida Panhandle was vacant, but still costing me a mortgage payment and the utilities. He made sure we were where we needed to be on the asking price. He did a great job in advertising it and finding potential clients. My house did need some TLC, which he made sure was taken care of in an expedient and low-cost manner. I will be forever grateful for Todd helping me take a large burden off my shoulders.

Relocating is strenuous enough let alone from another state 900+ miles away. Amber was looking for houses for me before I met with her face to face. She was never frustrated, never bothered, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. She always took the time to explain things and give me honest answers and real suggestions that actually helped. Selling a home in this buyer’s market isn’t easy, but Jill absolutely crushed it. Bonnie was really great at communicating with us. She primarily uses text/emails which is my preferred communication style. She also was always available for a phone call when we needed to talk about the house urgently. Since this was me and my fiancés first house, we have never done anything like this before. And Bonnie held our hands the entire time. She also provided a beautiful home warming gift that will last us forever and remind us everyday of the beautiful home we chose and the amazing realtor she was. First off, Bonnie is phenomenal! We were first time home buyers and used Bonnie to buy our house, and then used her again 7 years later when we needed to sell our house quickly because of an unexpected move. During the buying process she was able to explain everything clearly so we always felt like we were in the loop and knew exactly what was going on. When questions did arise, she always responded extremely quickly to answer them. She knows the market very well and will pull multiple comps to make sure you are getting a fair deal. If there is anything she thinks is not right with an offer, she will let you know so you can counter with confidence. When we sold our home she had a professional photographer come take pictures and made a beautiful digital portfolio to share. We were under contract within a week and closed 4 weeks later. My parents bought and then sold their house with Bonnie, and our friends that moved to the area also bought their house with Bonnie.
