Erica coordinated a challenging home buying process- we were in Hawaii while purchasing in Shalimar. To make it even more complicated, every walkthrough was coordinated while I was away for work requiring a third time zone to be involved. She takes the time to explain anything you have questions about making sure you fully understand what is going on. She also works at every turn to make sure that you’re getting every single thing possible in your favor. Impossible to have a higher recommendation.

Bruce gave great recommendations for preparing our house for sale and great job of pricing our house. Specifically Bruce recommended that our house would show best with our belongings removed from the house since we had lived in the house for 26 years and had acquired quite a bit of clutter. After we had moved out Bruce suggested we have the house “deep cleaned” which we did. We accepted and offer during the first week the house was on the market.
