Best of the best!

Kimberlie was excellent from the very beginning. She approached our situation with a willingness to work with our vision and timeline. Her crew streamlined the staging, photos, and all the magic behind the scenes. Our home was presented in a way that captured our family and was attractive to potential buyers. Her attention to detail was superb. Kimberlie was able to advise us on when to drop, and how to negotiate offers. Her wisdom allowed us to have peace during a very stressful season. I would recommend her to anyone selling a home in the panhandle. At closing, Kimberlie surprised us with a photo book of our home. It was a heart felt gift that let us close a chapter of our lives and still keep the memories with us as we moved. I can’t praise her enough!

Working with Jason was truly such a great experience from start to finish. As someone who tends to overthink just about everything, I was honestly a little nervous going into the home buying process—but he made it feel so much easier and less overwhelming than I ever expected. He was patient, and always took the time to answer all of my questions (no matter how small or repetitive). His communication was excellent, and he kept me informed through every step of the process. What really shocked me was how smoothly everything went. He handled everything with ease, and because of that, what could have sent me straight into a panic attack actually felt exciting and manageable.😂

Best fisherman/realtor ever

There were only a few questions I had that Nate did not know. He would tell me give him a few to verify and get back with me promptly with the answer. Nate took care of me like a brother. He reminded me to check on things so that I would not be in over my head. Nate was patient with me and let me look until I felt comfortable. He never made me feel like a burden.
