From start to finish, Heidi made the lengthy process smooth and simple with nothing but the absolute best interest for my family and I. Every little thing we asked for, she made sure we got in writing. Business aside, Heidi as a whole is kind, sweet, and very(very) patient. Our first day house hunting consisted of 8 houses, and not once did my family and I feel like a burden. She even befriended my 2 year old daughter and held her hand throughout every house. By the end of it, my own daughter didn’t want to come home with me. All in all, Heidi will always be my go to for anything real estate related and will always be recommended to anyone embarking on their house hunting journey.

Absolutely the best realtor! She went above and beyond for our home selling and buying another home. We trusted her and the process and we closed the same day on both homes. She will fight for you no matter the issue. We had a lot of issues come up on the seller side of buying our new home and wow she was on it late at night so we didn’t have too! Heidi not only helped us buy our new home, she just sold our old one as well. She is a realtor that listens, and yet can kindly interject better ideas as she knows the market and proper processes. She was patient, open and very positive throughout both sales and - worked her tail off! She re-visited the homes multiple times as needed to stage, decorate, run keys, or just replace a sign that blew down in the storm. She's hungry for your business and it shows! She never once complained. What we love about this experience is that through it - we gained friendship, and also can wholeheartedly recommend a solid realtor that we happen to meet through a call to purchase a home (I don't believe in chance though). The Agent from the beginning was pleasantly encouraging as she was able to answer questions and concerns to the best of her knowledge. Her professionalism was displayed by her confidence in accurately describing the process of planning to purchase. Her commitment to follow through at various stages of the process was exceptional, she kept me informed by phone, text and email. Early in the buying process change of lenders was recommended by seller, Ms Heidi explained with clarity why this was not only necessary but would be in my best interest. I agreed and all parties were satisfied with the outcome. Her willingness to reach out as requested to various inspection companies was also helpful in moving the process along. She kept me abreast on expected closing dates. There were certain requirements and repairs that were concerning and Ms. Heidi wasted no time in responding and making addendum paperwork available for signatures. In the middle of the process, I was extremely surprised to receive an under contract congratulations token by mail. This was an kind act on her part during an stressful but exciting period in my life. Days following she continued to reach out & any questions or areas of concern she was willing to investigate as requested. The areas of concern were insurance coverage & home warranty during the eleventh hour. Not only were my needs met at an reasonable price; closing date was not changed. Ms Heidi’s knowledge of the home buying market in the area was vital information for me to make an offer. As a first time buyer home investment can truly be an asset opportunity for myself and the community. At no time did I feel Ms Heidi compelled me to engage in anything unethical and immoral.
