Back in 2018, Samantha Trout helped us purchase our home in Innerarity. We bought it sight unseen from clear across the country. Sam managed our transaction so gracefully, handling basically everything on her own as we weren't there, and going above and beyond with things like video call tours, etc. When it was time to sell earlier this year, we knew exactly who to call. Sam is a local who knows the market like the back of her hand. She is extremely knowledgeable, a straight shooter, very kind, and easy to work with. Once again we were out of state as we had moved and again, Sam did everything she could to help facilitate the sale, including heading to the house on short notice to meet contractors and buyers.
