Bonnie was really great at communicating with us. She primarily uses text/emails which is my preferred communication style. She also was always available for a phone call when we needed to talk about the house urgently. Since this was me and my fiancés first house, we have never done anything like this before. And Bonnie held our hands the entire time. She also provided a beautiful home warming gift that will last us forever and remind us everyday of the beautiful home we chose and the amazing realtor she was. Todd Siegrist was great at helping me sell my home. I moved to Central Florida, so my house in the Florida Panhandle was vacant, but still costing me a mortgage payment and the utilities. He made sure we were where we needed to be on the asking price. He did a great job in advertising it and finding potential clients. My house did need some TLC, which he made sure was taken care of in an expedient and low-cost manner. I will be forever grateful for Todd helping me take a large burden off my shoulders.
