During the entire process from touring to selecting to closing, Bonnie was extremely kind, helpful, and fun to be around as our agent. She listened to our wants and needs, and gave us ideas of her own for things to look for while searching for our first home. She was our voice during the closing process, allowing us to negotiate our desires easily and effectively.

Bonnie was really great at communicating with us. She primarily uses text/emails which is my preferred communication style. She also was always available for a phone call when we needed to talk about the house urgently. Since this was me and my fiancés first house, we have never done anything like this before.
