Vicki knows her business and was able to share it in a way that was informative and helpful. She provided comps to price the house appropriately and was exceedingly competent in providing specialized professionals to do the work that was needed on the property. In particular, she was very skilled at finding the balance in communicating the essentials and was respectful of my time. Vicki always gave her recommendations, but made it clear that the choice was ours. For the big work we needed to do, she always got several quotes for us to compare and then had it executed seamlessly. Her professional comportment is real, empathic and lighthearted, it set the tone for our working relationship and made for a very pleasant experience! Finally, I think it’s important to note that I never felt that I was anything less than Vicki’s primary concern and that is critically important in a real estate agent.
