Unlike most, Monica ACTUALLY works for her client. Monica is fast, concise, thorough, and the follow-up Queen! The woman knows her business, the markets and provides outstanding advise when asked. Advice which got us the highest $$ for our property given the current climate. Conns? If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that Monica lives and works in FL, and I cannot continue to give her my ongoing business here in Montana.

Monica was very insightful and gave us a very pleasant experience. We decided to move from Florida across the country to Washington after retiring from the military.
