Vicki has been our realtor for both buying and selling. She is a wonderful person who wants what’s best for her client and will do everything she can to accomplish what is asked of her. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in what she does.
We were trying to sell our house fairly quickly and Vicki helped us pinpoint all the things that were necessary to do with the house that would make a difference and those that would not, which sometimes are not that intuitive. She also helped deal with the other realtors and negotiate very well with our best interest in mind what would help sell the house at our price point with as little headache in fixing minor problems with the house. As problems arose, she was able to address them quickly and without much headache. Once the house was under contract, everything went smoothly and quickly and she verified that we got everything that we needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend her for both buying and selling.

I had to take a loss on the property because I bought high and market is low. Nevertheless Vicki listened to my desires and priced it higher than she recommended. The property went on the market on a Monday and we had a contract on Wednesday. The buyer offered $4000 less than asking and I accepted. Vicki took care of everything. I just had to sign papers and go to closing. I’d recommend Vicki to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

What started out as what we “assumed” would be a smooth sailing sale, was a bit more challenging than what we had expected, but Vicki stood by our side and was VERY on top of everything.
