At each stage of our lives, Vicki has helped us find the right house for us (three times!), starting in Niceville, then Crestview, and now in the northeastern countryside of Okaloosa County with a house on forty acres. I had to take a loss on the property because I bought high and market is low. Nevertheless Vicki listened to my desires and priced it higher than she recommended. The property went on the market on a Monday and we had a contract on Wednesday. The buyer offered $4000 less than asking and I accepted. Vicki took care of everything.
