At each stage of our lives, Vicki has helped us find the right house for us (three times!), starting in Niceville, then Crestview, and now in the northeastern countryside of Okaloosa County with a house on forty acres. Like many folks, we endlessly surfed Internet-based real estate tools to identify possibilities and then asked Vicki to turn those "bits" into visits. More than once, we started down the path to make an offer and when we changed our minds, she was right there encouraging us to keep on looking. Two months ago when we found a place that seemed just right, but in the end the seller declined our final offer; we took it as a sign that it just wasn't the right place. About five weeks ago we found the right place after all and Vicki helped us negotiate the right offer and she helped us through all the inspections; we closed a week ago. Finally, in a couple of months we hope that Vicki will help us sell this house in Crestview after we move into the country house by the pond. We needed a lot more help with the first house than with this last house and Vicki has been there helping wherever and whenever we need it. Let her help you. You won't regret it.

We were trying to sell our house fairly quickly and Vicki helped us pinpoint all the things that were necessary to do with the house that would make a difference and those that would not, which sometimes are not that intuitive. She also helped deal with the other realtors and negotiate very well with our best interest in mind what would help sell the house at our price point with as little headache in fixing minor problems with the house. As problems arose, she was able to address them quickly and without much headache. Once the house was under contract, everything went smoothly and quickly and she verified that we got everything that we needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend her for both buying and selling.

I had to take a loss on the property because I bought high and market is low. Nevertheless Vicki listened to my desires and priced it higher than she recommended. The property went on the market on a Monday and we had a contract on Wednesday. The buyer offered $4000 less than asking and I accepted. Vicki took care of everything. I just had to sign papers and go to closing. I’d recommend Vicki to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
