After vacationing in the Destin / 30A area for the last 25 year, my wife and I had decided to look for a vacation property to use primarily as a short-term rental with some occasional personal use. Not knowing any agents in the area, I researched realtors online who had extensive experience and knowledge of the area. I emailed several who had excellent online reviews and testimonials. Vicki was the first to respond - which was a hallmark of my interactions with her. She was friendly, helpful, and always responded quickly to my questions and inquiries: but was never intrusive or pushy. Vicki was wonderful to work with and she helped us navigate a very competitive market. She was patient - working with us for nearly 2 years to find the right property. During our purchase, her experience was imperative in helping us negotiate when an HOA assessment was discovered prior to closing. Vicki is a true professional and customer service is her specialty - she makes you feel like family. I would recommend Vicki without hesitation to anyone in need of a true real estate expert!
If you want an amazing realtor look no further! She goes above and beyond for her clients. Love love love our new house!!!! Thank you so much Vicki!!!
We used Vicki as both a buyer and a seller over the past 5 years and couldn't be happier. Her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients is unsurpassed. Vicki takes the time to understand your needs and to find the right home for you - she truly cares about your dreams! Vicki is the only realtor we will ever use and recommend to our friends and family. She is an outstanding professional and incredible person - a true blessing to those who have the privilege of working with her. Give her a call, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
Vicki Alexander was very knowledgeable, responsive, patient and helpful throughout, and even after, our homebuying process. She helped us succeed in buying a home in a very competitive seller's market. We highly recommend her!
Vicki is ALWAYS there for you. Even through a stubborn sinus infection, she was there for anything we needed. We backed out on one sale, and went to another and she understood and supported us the whole way....you CANNOT go wrong with Vicki!
Vicki has helped to sell our house while we were in Europe. Communication was excellent, especially considering that we had to sell remotely. She managed to give us a good feeling of the market so that at the end we chose the right deal at the right time. Also she is a very pleasant, yet professional person to work with. I enjoyed our cooperation very much. I was very pleased with her performance and can only recommend her services.

We bought from out of state during covid-19. Vicki is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable! She’s very flexible and a joy to work with! She sent pictures, videos, and faced time to make sure we would be happy with the home. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is new to the area or coming to the area soon!
Vicki always goes out of her way to meet the needs of our family. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. Vicki’s knowledge of the local area combined with her strong work ethic are irreplaceable!
I chose Vicki Alexander after a coworker recommended her. The coworker had all great things to say about Vicki and I whole heartedly am thankful I was able to buy my first home with her. Vicki answered all of my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she made sure to find someone that could answer my questions. She was extremely helpful and made sure that I was always comfortable with my decisions. Vicki made this buying experience personal for herself which I loved. It made me feel important to her. I will continue to recommend Vicki to those that are looking to buy and sell their homes!
Vicki was awesome! She really did her homework for the cma, then we discussed every aspect &immediately she had our agreement in m.l.s.She had pictures of my home done right away for all agents to see.She contacted me for showings& followed up every time with a feedback. She is a very caring person, always asking how I was doing & wanting to know if I needed anything .She had an open house (very successful I might add) because the next day we had 2 offers. And by 9:00 PM ( not AM) I accepted the offer. So after only 3 weeks on market boom sold!!She worked long hrs getting ready for inspections, &; every detail toward closing. And again followed up with me with everything &asking what she could do to help me with moving. She went above &way beyond the call of duty! I would definitely recommend Vicki for a job well done!!
