She really did her homework for the cma, then we discussed every aspect &immediately she had our agreement in m.l.s.She had pictures of my home done right away for all agents to see.She contacted me for showings& followed up every time with a feedback.She is a very caring person,always asking how I was doing & wanting to know if I needed anything .She had an open house (very successful I might add) because the next day we had 2 offers.And by 9:00 PM ( not AM) I accepted the offer.So after only 3 weeks on market boom sold!!She worked long hrs getting ready for inspections, &; every detail toward closing.And again followed up with me with everything &asking what she could do to help me with moving.She went above &way beyond the call of duty!
