I chose Vicki Alexander after a coworker recommended her. The coworker had all great things to say about Vicki and I whole heartedly am thankful I was able to buy my first home with her. Vicki answered all of my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she made sure to find someone that could answer my questions. She was extremely helpful and made sure that I was always comfortable with my decisions. Vicki made this buying experience personal for herself which I loved. It made me feel important to her. Vicki was awesome! She really did her homework for the cma, then we discussed every aspect &immediately she had our agreement in m.l.s.She had pictures of my home done right away for all agents to see.She contacted me for showings& followed up every time with a feedback.She is a very caring person,always asking how I was doing & wanting to know if I needed anything .She had an open house (very successful I might add) because the next day we had 2 offers.And by 9:00 PM ( not AM) I accepted the offer.So after only 3 weeks on market boom sold!!She worked long hrs getting ready for inspections, &; every detail toward closing.And again followed up with me with everything &asking what she could do to help me with moving.She went above &way beyond the call of duty! Vicki Alexander can’t be beat.

We are living in the home of our dreams and we were not even looking! We knew Vicki Alexander because she helped out daughter and son-in-law with their first house. That story in itself deserves to be told in separate detail, but that is how we came to know Vickie. Without even being an active prospect, Vickie took note of what "our" interest were while we were helping our daughter look at houses. While we were here months later at our vacation property, Vickie called and told us of a special property on the water and suggested we at least take a look. One thing led to another and after countless appointments which Vickie lined up, we made an offer. The transaction ended up being part of a difficult estate sale by the family. Vicki's style in negotiating through the sometimes intense emotional decisions were invaluable to both parties. Vicki is thoughtful, respectful, and a well educated Realtor that we would highly recommend.
