Cathy Alley, Debbie Lowmiller, and their entire team were FABULOUS! From the initial phone call and helping to arrange everything for us from another state, to scheduling and planning many home tours during our brief trip to the area, this team was on top of it all! We had a specific set of needs that had to be met—and they delivered. They were patient with us, while also wasting no time to schedule video chat tours at a moment’s notice. When we found “the one,” they helped schedule all of the inspections we requested, recommended excellent contractors, were able to communicate with the seller’s agent for quick responses, and kept the whole process smooth. We didn’t have to wait for answers to seemingly random questions—someone was always available with a helpful answer, even if it wasn’t what we wanted to hear. Their knowledge and experience was invaluable to this experience. They were always ready to help, no matter what time or what day of the week! After 20 years of moving with the military, this entire experience is what we will cherish—not just as our last, but because they made it easier on us. We can’t thank them enough for the hard work they put in to finding us our forever home and helping us get settled.
