Throughout my travels being transferred and having to purchase multiple homes, I have a decent understanding of how real estate agents work. So I thought! Theresa and I can’t recommend Erica and (her team) of people around her enough. To have someone that represents YOUR interests and needs above all else was so refreshing. We’ve had experiences with agents where we could tell they were ‘managing’ their interest in the sale above our desires. That is not the case with Erica. She will negotiate and represent YOUR families best interest throughout the entire process and even AFTER the ‘closing’. This is the second time we have used Susan. Once for selling and once for buying. The level of care and attention she applied to the 600K condo was the same for the 150K fixer. She came to every showing with the same energy, it didn't matter that this was just a "small" contract. She handled all the showings with the same professionalism and wit, even several where we couldn't make it in person. Very knowledgeable of the market and what is available and did not gloss over problems a potential property had. Dealt with challenging issues quickly. After the sale is what has impressed me the most. This has not been a "I have my check see ya later" scenario. She has called, checked on us and provided excellent recommendations for contractors all after the sale. This has taken so much stress off of our renovation. I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Susan for anyone in the market and would call her again in a heartbeat.

We primarily worked with Samantha Trout, who was AMAZING. We were in no rush to buy a new home, and Samantha was so patient with us as we had certain requirements for a property that we were going to buy. Samantha was not pushy with properties and only showed us potential properties that met our requirements. We really appreciate her work and effort she put in to help us find the property that check all the boxes and then some.

Miranda took it upon herself to address issues I didn't know I had. The house sat on a flood plain requiring additional insurance. Miranda did some homework and found out the property had been rezoned and no longer required flood insurance. She also found out there were two lien releases that hadn't been filed from the owner prior to me. She got those cleared up. She also made great recommendations for some minor upgrades that made a big difference in how the house showed. I am a former real estate agent and I can really appreciate Miranda's effort beyond just listing the home. I highly recommend her and I would use her again in the future.

We posted our condo when we planned a move out of state back before COVID. However it was bad timing and we ended up renting. This time in the spring of 2026, we asked if she would be interested in listing again. She sat down with us at our home, and explained everything we asked. We took a walk thru our home and did all she recommended as staging. When we got offers, she wisely counseled us, and in many cases had to educate new RE agents representing the buyers. And when it came to negotiating counter offers, she shared answers that could only come from years of experience. We consider Alexis and her daughter Lisa family members. She always made time to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. She is very professional and knows our area very well.
