Back in 2018, Samantha Trout helped us purchase our home in Innerarity. We bought it sight unseen from clear across the country. Sam managed our transaction so gracefully, handling basically everything on her own as we weren't there, and going above and beyond with things like video call tours, etc. When it was time to sell earlier this year, we knew exactly who to call. We posted our condo when we planned a move out of state back before COVID. However it was bad timing and we ended up renting. This time in the spring of 2026, we asked if she would be interested in listing again. She sat down with us at our home, and explained everything we asked. We took a walk thru our home and did all she recommended as staging. When we got offers, she wisely counseled us, and in many cases had to educate new RE agents representing the buyers.
