Susan helped the reviewer sell this property

The easiest real estate transactions we’ve ever had!

Over the last four years, Samantha Trout has been our agent through three buying and selling transactions in the Perdido Key/Pensacola areas. She truly worked non-stop for us throughout them all. These were long distance transactions, so we anticipated delays and difficulties with the process. Not with Samantha at the helm. She kept us informed throughout every step, explained in advance all the items we would need, plus all the potential situations we might encounter. Not once did we worry. Samantha deserves her 5-star rating!
