Alexia and Lisa are such a great team! When we decided to sell our home of 40 years, we were not sure which agent we would go with. Then I remembered an agent that had won many awards for her excellent record of selling homes in Pensacola in the last 40 years, her name was Alexis Bolen. Alexis Bolen and her daughter Lisa teamed up in recent years and what a team they have become! 2 days after I spoke to Alexis, we signed papers for them to represent us in the sale of our home. We signed papers on Friday and she called us Saturday to say she had 4 couples that wanted to see our home on Sunday. The couples all saw our home and all 4 put in a bid..we were shocked! Three of the couples offered our asking price and couple #4 offered well above our asking price. We were thrilled and Alexis got us with couple #4, we excepted their offer and closed 2 weeks later! As we all know selling your home can be such anxious time in your life. We posted our condo when we planned a move out of state back before COVID. However it was bad timing and we ended up renting.
