We posted our condo when we planned a move out of state back before COVID. However it was bad timing and we ended up renting. This time in the spring of 2026, we asked if she would be interested in listing again. She sat down with us at our home, and explained everything we asked. We took a walk thru our home and did all she recommended as staging. When we got offers, she wisely counseled us, and in many cases had to educate new RE agents representing the buyers.
