Clay is very knowledgeable. He has knowledge of Market and he will guide you in right directions. This is 2nd time we used his service to sell our house and he was exceptional. He guided us from the beginning till end of closing. He is very Friendly and professional. We talked with other agents they always suggest staging and other expenses to make the house beautiful but Caly said don't spend too much money on this if client like it they will buy and his assumptions was correct. We got the buyer for our price.
