She took the time to do several video walk throughs and even showed us the surrounding area. She was an excellent communiter and always responds in a timely and informative manner. I felt she had our backs from the begining especially when a deal fell through no fault of ours and she decided to come back from her time off to get us a new home. That next day we were under contract again which was extremely important as our home had already went under contract. She works well under pressure and knows what is important.
