We have purchased and sold multiple homes through Mark. The reason why we come back to him and his team every time is because all we have to do is sit back and relax while he does the stuff we don’t want to deal with. If we didn’t buy our forever home recently we would be going back to him and his team again. He's quick to respond and on top of everything. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting your time with realtors who don’t know the area and drag their feet.

Lorie was amazing!!! She always kept me in the loop with anything that was going on during the whole process (good or bad). She was always willing to give her honest advice/thoughts so I could make an informed decision. I didn't feel like I was just a number to her, and that's why she has been along for the ride with me for 3 (buying and selling) transactions.

Kim was always extremely responsive. She was beyond caring and still checks up on us to this day. She would do every small thing to help us with the buying and selling process. She gave us knowledgeable advice on our contracts with her.

Persistence, professionalism

Nance was wonderful! We had a special situation where five of us inherited a house that we had to sell. Three out of the five of us did not even live in Florida. Nance was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of much needed advice on our sale. She was patient and very kind with us. She set aside a lot of her personal time to communicate with each of us. There were a few hiccups along the way that had nothing to do with Nance. It had more to do with our lawyer and some last-minute issues with the house. She was great at walking us through these issues and making some great recommendations on what we could do to get the best value for the house. She was really amazing, and I would highly recommend her to other clients.

Mrs. Wood was incredibly professional and helpful during my time looking for a home. I was on an incredibly tight timeline, and she was flexible and willing to help, and work with my schedule. She had a great knowledge of the area, and as a new buyer, she had lots of great advice.
