Persistence, professionalism
Nance was wonderful! We had a special situation where five of us inherited a house that we had to sell. Three out of the five of us did not even live in Florida. Nance was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of much needed advice on our sale. She was patient and very kind with us. She set aside a lot of her personal time to communicate with each of us. There were a few hiccups along the way that had nothing to do with Nance. It had more to do with our lawyer and some last-minute issues with the house. She was great at walking us through these issues and making some great recommendations on what we could do to get the best value for the house. She was really amazing, and I would highly recommend her to other clients.
Our experience was good and more importantly the sale happened at full price. He followed up with selling agent to ensure all the needed processes occured in the time frame of our sales contract. Good job
Mark was a monster. We called him to tell him we were getting ready to sell and buy a new home. Meanwhile, we found the house we wanted just doing a search. So long story, short. We sold and bought in ~30 days. His experience and expertise was crucial to the demand we put him through!

His communication was excellent, and he was always available to answer questions and explain the process, which made everything much less stressful. Extremely knowledgeable in buying/selling and local area. Communication skills were excellent. Always quick responses and answered every question I had.
