Unprofessional and Liar
We purchased a house and were told by text all appliances would stay with the house. He lied. After closing and going to the property the washer and dryer were missing. Our agent contacted James and he would not give us a direct answer why they were missing. We have our suspicion but cannot prove where they went. We called his broker, Mr Jamison, I believe, and he could not have been nastier about the situation. They got their money, they didn't care. Also, we asked if the house and appliances would be cleaned before the closing. They were all dirty and we have to hire a professional cleaner after the renovations , the bathrooms and fridge were left nasty. I cannot recommend dealing with James at all. He is not trustworthy.
