Mark is a proud Colorado Springs native and Army Veteran who takes pride in the customer service level that he provides to all his clients. Known for being in the “Peace of Mind Business,” Mark is not satisfied with the typical home buying process as his main goal is always to provide his clients with a truly exceptional experience. With over 18 years in the Financial Services Industry, Mark uses his vast industry knowledge to create maximum value when guiding clients through complex financial decisions. His strong negotiating skills ensures best-case scenarios for all that work with him. Prior to working in the financial industry, Mark was honored serve in 1st Ranger Battalion during his time in the Army from ’96 to ’99. Time serving country cemented a love of travel, adventure and volunteerism. Current and past licenses and certifications include FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 Investment Brokers licenses, a Certificate in Commercial Credit from Moody’s Analytics, Group I Insurance Agent, Mortgage Broker licenses in multiple states and a Certified Veteran Loan Specialist designation from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. Mark spends most of his free time with his family traveling abroad or enjoying all the beauty that the Colorado and Florida have to offer. You can find him camping, hiking, fishing, and golfing the local courses with friends, family and current and past clients.

Mark was excellent in every way possible. We fired our first agent who barely got us any showings and even with an older listing, Mark was able to get us many showings even out of season. He is very knowledgeable and honest and happens to be an amazing lender who got us the lowest rate possible.

Amazing first time home buyers experience

Mark made purchasing a house extremely easy for my wife and I. This was our first home and I was deployed the entire time, but Mark handled everything. He was very timely and attentive in his responses. He scheduled the inspection for us, did a live video walkthrough for us, and maintained clear communication between us as the buyers and those selling. Overall, I would highly recommend choosing Mark as your realtor. He’s extremely flexible and knows what he’s doing.

It did not matter what time of the day or night, Mark was completely locked on to making my home-buying experience stress-free and easy. He would never hesitate to clarify nebulous laws / regulations, provide experience-driven market insights, and offer objective analysis for any decision point. Bottom Line: I absolutely recommend Mark Pepper to anyone looking to buy a home.

Mark Is The Best Agent We Could Have Hoped For

I reached out to Mark regarding a property he had listed and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He drove two hours out to the property to take videos for me and spent a lot of time on the phone with me before I could see it in person, as I was out of state. Although I loved the place, it wasn’t the best fit for my family’s needs, but I liked Mark so much that I asked him to be our buyer’s agent and represent us when we did find the right fit. He took care of all of our needs, and was very thorough in all of our conversations and every aspect of the transaction. Mark has a wealth of technical knowledge about banking, loans, rate trends, and both local and national economic policies and was able to easily navigate the complexities of our personal finances. He has an IMMENSE amount of patience and was always professional, polite, and kind. He was up front and honest, and has an all-around great character. Mark never once exhibited any of the negative traits stereotypical of those involved in sales, and always made us feel comfortable and confident in our actions. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his clients and will go out of his way to make others happy. It honestly felt like working with a favorite trusted family member. I wouldn’t even consider working with another real estate agent in Colorado or Florida, and already have plans to work with Mark again in the near future.

I can’t say enough great things about Mark and the way he handled my home-buying process from start to finish. From day one, he listened to my needs and priorities and used them to find homes that actually made sense for what I was looking for. Mark consistently went out of his way to research properties, dig into details, and point out things I would have never noticed on my own. His knowledge and insight were invaluable, and he provided honest, thoughtful input at every step of the process. He always made time to talk things through and explain everything clearly. What really sets Mark apart is that he’s not just trying to sell houses. He genuinely cares about making sure his clients are getting what they’re paying for and that there are no hidden issues. At one point, we had an offer accepted on a house, but the inspection revealed several serious problems. Mark was completely upfront, helped me get out of the deal, and was honest in telling me that the house wasn’t right for my goals. Because of Mark, I felt informed, protected, and confident throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, ethical, responsive, and truly has your best interests at heart, I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Mark was incredibly diligent, caring, and helpful in my first time buying a home. He answered any questions that I had and made things clear. Even worked until 2am on securing a solid offer in order to secure the house that I now call my own when another offer was on the table.
