Mark was excellent in every way possible. We fired our first agent who barely got us any showings and even with an older listing, Mark was able to get us many showings even out of season. He is very knowledgeable and honest and happens to be an amazing lender who got us the lowest rate possible.

Mark made purchasing a house extremely easy for my wife and I. This was our first home and I was deployed the entire time, but Mark handled everything. He was very timely and attentive in his responses. He scheduled the inspection for us, did a live video walkthrough for us, and maintained clear communication between us as the buyers and those selling. Overall, I would highly recommend choosing Mark as your realtor. He’s extremely flexible and knows what he’s doing.

I reached out to Mark regarding a property he had listed and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He drove two hours out to the property to take videos for me and spent a lot of time on the phone with me before I could see it in person, as I was out of state. Although I loved the place, it wasn’t the best fit for my family’s needs, but I liked Mark so much that I asked him to be our buyer’s agent and represent us when we did find the right fit. He took care of all of our needs, and was very thorough in all of our conversations and every aspect of the transaction. Mark never once exhibited any of the negative traits stereotypical of those involved in sales, and always made us feel comfortable and confident in our actions. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about his clients and will go out of his way to make others happy. It honestly felt like working with a favorite trusted family member. I wouldn’t even consider working with another real estate agent in Colorado or Florida, and already have plans to work with Mark again in the near future.

Mark was incredibly diligent, caring, and helpful in my first time buying a home. He answered any questions that I had and made things clear. Even worked until 2am on securing a solid offer in order to secure the house that I now call my own when another offer was on the table.
