Nance was wonderful! We had a special situation where five of us inherited a house that we had to sell. Three out of the five of us did not even live in Florida. Nance was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of much needed advice on our sale. She was patient and very kind with us. She set aside a lot of her personal time to communicate with each of us. There were a few hiccups along the way that had nothing to do with Nance. It had more to do with our lawyer and some last-minute issues with the house.
