My wife and I were stuck with a ton of uncertainty with our move from out of state and what area to live in not having ever stepped foot in Florida before. Zari helped us tour easily over 15 homes and really took to heart what was important to us from amenities to our preferences and style of home. This became even more important when we were unable to close on our initial number one choice and had to head back home. We were unable to buy for several months, circumstances outside of our control, and Zari stayed in contact with us throughout the delayed process and was incredible at being our eyes and ears while we were out of state. When we were finally ready to buy, Zari helped us decide to between two great homes and really found us a steal, much more than we had ever hoped for and especially when it came to advocating for us during closing! Zari was a great communicator, advocate and her knowledge of the panhandle alleviated so much of the worry and stress that comes with purchasing a home, let alone moving across the country.
