Zari Mireya Hilbig

Zari went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.. It didn’t matter what time we called or text her she made sure she got back to us answering our questions. We would highly recommend using Zari for your agent, wouldn’t hesitant at all using her again!

My wife and I were stuck with a ton of uncertainty with our move from out of state and what area to live in not having ever stepped foot in Florida before. Zari helped us tour easily over 15 homes and really took to heart what was important to us from amenities to our preferences and style of home. This became even more important when we were unable to close on our initial number one choice and had to head back home. We were unable to buy for several months, circumstances outside of our control, and Zari stayed in contact with us throughout the delayed process and was incredible at being our eyes and ears while we were out of state. When we were finally ready to buy, Zari helped us decide to between two great homes and really found us a steal, much more than we had ever hoped for and especially when it came to advocating for us during closing! Zari was a great communicator, advocate and her knowledge of the panhandle alleviated so much of the worry and stress that comes with purchasing a home, let alone moving across the country. Absolutely would recommend her expertise to help you in your home buying experience.

Working with Zari was a wonderful experience from start to finish. As a home buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Zari answered every single one with patience and expert knowledge. They knew the local market well and helped us find the right house without any pressure. The negotiation process was smooth, and I always felt like we were in good hands. I strongly recommend Zari to anyone looking to buy a home!

Communication is good. Hardworking. Doing her best

I can’t say enough good things about Zari Hilbig and everything she did to help me sell my home. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, hardworking, and dedicated to making sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible. Zari’s work ethic really stood out to me. She went above and beyond throughout the sale and never made me feel like my questions or requests were a burden. She listened to what I wanted, communicated clearly, and was always willing to “fight” for the things that were important to me when negotiating the sale of my home. She genuinely made me feel like she was in my corner and working for the best possible outcome. Selling a home can be stressful, but having Zari in my corner made a huge difference. Her professionalism, determination, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience much easier. If you’re looking for a realtor who will work hard, communicate, and truly advocate for you, I highly recommend Zari Hilbig. She was absolutely fantastic!
