Francine is an incredible agent. She has helped us both purchase and sell multiple properties. In every instance, she exceeds expectations and accomplishes what feels like the impossible. If we ever had a question or concern, she was prompt to get back in touch with us and ease our nerves. Her professionalism is what stands out amongst others. I am so glad she has helped us time after time. Our family could not recommend her more.

This was a hard house to sell. And Francine went above and beyond what she had to sell this house. She went over and cleaned the attic for us because we were out of town. She kept us updated on everything, texting, and calling.. We had two people fall through and she did everything she needed to do to get it back on the market and to get it sold.. She was also very friendly and kind. I would recommend her to anyone.!!

I found Hunter through my sister when she sold her house and was purchasing a new one, she thoroughly enjoyed him so when it came time to sell my house and buy a new one, we called Hunter right away. We already had a house in mind, but he helped us along every step of the way. He's friendly and really easy to work with and knows the market well. Will definitely work with him again, but I don't plan on selling my house or moving anywhere for a long long long long time!

My wife and I come to the beach for the Winter. Just for fun we thought we would search Zillow for houses. We found one that looked interesting and punched the “find an agent” link. 15 minutes later we get a call and it’s Hunter. He meets us that evening. It wasn’t the right house for us, but it was the start of our search. We told Hunter what we thought we were after. He searched available listings and we were off on our quest. He took us on several tours, listened to our likes and dislikes and kept looking. We came back to Kentucky and he kept searching for us. We returned to GS in a month for a week to look at some more. We made a couple of offers but each time either the inspection or the counter wasn’t to our liking. We asked a thousand questions and each time he always found the answers. Finally, in April, we revisited one that we had looked at earlier and everything fell into place. The only problem was we were again back in Ky…but no worries, we had Hunter. He got the deal done for us, but that’s not the amazing part. He set up the closing and walked us thru everything we needed to do before and when we got back down there. He did the leg work to transfer the utilities into our name. He took care of setting up inspections…suggested insurance agents, etc. He even remedied the few concerns we had about the property so it was ready for us to move in when we got there. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. We couldn’t have done it without him…and he was professional, knowledgeable and gracious the whole time. The day after we moved in he came by to check on us and brought us a house warming gift. The next day we bought a couch and I called him to ask if he knew anyone who could help us move it. He did. He showed up with another guy from Remax and they moved it for us. Who does that? I wish he was family. No, he’s better, lol.

Hunter is absolutely amazing! He worked with us for quite some time to find a house for us. One that checked all the boxes and was in our budget to help make our move to Alabama a dream come true. He is very knowledgeable about the market, very helpful answering any questions, timely in getting back to you with updates, resolving issues or helping with any other needs.
